Refund and Returns Policy

We’re so sure that you will love our products, we offer every customer a 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee on all RemeVerse products. Please use and enjoy for up to 60 days from your purchase date. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your results, package up and return any unused portion (yes, that can be an empty jar!) within 60 days of purchase date to:

Upon receipt, we will credit back the card in which you made the purchase for the full amount paid. Note, we will not credit you back any charges you incurred returning the product back to our warehouse. If you prefer a store credit, or another product as a replacement, please let us know with your return or email us at info@remeverse.com.

We are sorry you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to make your refund process as easy as possible! Please return used and/or unused items to the address above along with your name, order number, and reason for return. We recommend sending packages USPS with tracking. While we will credit you back 100% of your purchase price, you are responsible for the shipping charges on returned products. Once the product is received, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 10 days. If needed, we will adjust this policy as required by the laws of the state in which you live.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is an error on our part, we will ship a replacement via U.S. Postal Service at our expense.
