Upon receipt, we will credit back the card in which you made the purchase for the full amount paid. Note, we will not credit you back any charges you incurred returning the product back to our warehouse. If you prefer a store credit, or another product as a replacement, please let us know with your return or email us at info@remeverse.com.
Return Information
We are sorry you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to make your refund process as easy as possible! Please return used and/or unused items to the address above along with your name, order number, and reason for return. We recommend sending packages USPS with tracking. While we will credit you back 100% of your purchase price, you are responsible for the shipping charges on returned products. Once the product is received, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 10 days. If needed, we will adjust this policy as required by the laws of the state in which you live.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is an error on our part, we will ship a replacement via U.S. Postal Service at our expense.
